Walker's new Dons contract confirmed
Goalkeeper Laurie Walker has re-joined MK Dons after being released from his previous deal two months ago.
Walker was among the 10 players released by the club at the end of the previous campaign, but has since been training with Lee Nicholls and coach Dean Thornton to bolster the goalkeeping ranks and has been extended a new deal to return to the club.

“I’m grateful to Russ and the Club for their support,” Walker told mkdons.com. “It was a long time coming, but the Club have obviously had to make cutbacks, with all that is going on. It’s nice to get this done and have that clarity of what’s happening.
“I’m really close with Lee, and since Deano [Dean Thornton] has arrived he’s been massive for me in helping me develop as a keeper. Getting the opportunity to continue to work with them two guys is pleasing. It’s great to get my teeth into it and keep working with them.”
