With schools about to close down for the Christmas break, one of Santa’s elves is helping local developers bring home the message of ‘elf and safety’ on building sites.
Barratt and David Wilson Homes are currently building several new developments across Milton Keynes, many of which have families with children living nearby. Their sites include Brooklands Park at Broughton, Eagles’ Rest at Wavendon, Woburn Downs on Watling Street, Fairfields at Kiln Farm and Lavendon Fields in Lavendon.

Santa has sent one of his elves to visit Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ sites in Milton Keynes and, like every visitor, he has to wear a hard hat and hi-vis clothing for protection.
The elf is to remind kids to stay on Santa’s ‘nice list’ by keeping clear of building sites at all times.
Ben Kalus, managing director of Barratt and David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “Children, like elves, can be curious and adventurous, and turn up in the most unlikely places, especially when schools are closed. However, building sites can be dangerous places for little people.

“With the holidays approaching, children should think of their ‘elf and safety’ and stay well away from them.”
