Funny Girl, Milton Keynes Theatre, February 28 to March 4

Sheridan Smith, familiar to millions through her acclaimed TV performances in everything from The Royle Family to The Moorside, takes to the stage in the acclaimed musical Funny Girl. The show enjoyed record-breaking sold-out runs in London before heading out on tour. Funny Girl boasts some of the most popular songs in film and theatre history, including People and Don’t Rain On My Parade. Described by The Times as “iconic, legendary, laugh-out-loud,” it tells the story of Fanny Brice, whose vocal talents and comedic ability see her rise from Brooklyn music hall singer to Broadway star.

The chaps embark on their 10th anniversary tour with an evening of classical crossover melodies and impressive vocal harmonies. Encompassing some of the best works from Bizet to Puccini, Bublé to Bocelli, this evening promises quite a musical journey.
